What We do
Let’s talk about solar drying technology
Solar drying is necessary to reduce the high post-harvest losses and minimizes growth of aflatoxins in mainly grains by 90%, our solar drying technology fastens drying by 75% and are perfect for drying fruits, tubers, vegetables and grains for example coffee, mangoes, papayas, jack fruit, oranges, bananas, potatoes, cassava, pumpkins, yams, collards, spinach, rice, maize, beans, cocoa, chilies etc. We use the simplest technology relying mostly on the sun energy to quicken drying period and maintain highly quality, preventing contamination and colour retention. With good maintenance the metallic dryer can last for over 10 years, these solar drying technology depends on the solar energy from the sun to quicken the drying and reduce post-harvest losses and food spoilage by 80%, no prior knowledge is needed to operate machine, and is easy to manage and cheaper for long run even for illiterate farmers. These dryers are perfect for grains and coffee farmers
